Quality Game PLUS is a simplified version of the Quality Game. How do you see the other person and how does the other person see you? For example, 'flexible' has been replaced by 'not making things difficult', 'ambitious' by 'wanting to achieve a lot', and 'enthusiastic' by 'doing things with pleasure'. More than half of the concepts from the Quality Game have been replaced by simple descriptions in this way. This makes the game very suitable for working with people with a limited vocabulary and also for children from the age of 9.
Through the Quality Game PLUS, you can find out how well you know your fellow players and yourself. How do you see the other person and how does the other person see you? Perhaps the other person sees qualities in you that you are not aware of! The game consists of three groups of cards: 1. Qualities (59 cards). These are pleasant characteristics that someone can have, such as 'being reliable', 'being funny', or 'being precise'. 2. Distortions (54 cards). These are unpleasant characteristics, such as 'being rude', 'being sloppy', or 'being easily distracted'. 3. Conditions (23 cards). The question here is: What do you need to use your qualities or prevent yourself from falling into your distortions? Examples of these are: 'believing in yourself', 'feeling safe', or 'being challenged'.
