The Mytimingcards contract ensures that you enter into and maintain a dialogue with your child.
It is a guideline in which you and your child make agreements about the maximum screen use per week.
It is also a moment to become aware together: how much time does everyone spend behind the screen at home and what do you want to change?
In the agreements you agree how many hours (i.e. minutes) per week your child is allowed behind the screens.
In it you can also discuss at what time the cards may not be used,
for example not in the morning if this is already a family rule.
The time cards and timer encourage personal responsibility and ensure healthy screen use and put an end to many discussions!
